As a senior executive coach for Primary Leadership, Mark Cappellino has served as a skilled strategic advisor to c-suite leaders in public, private and non-profit organizations, adeptly tackling core leadership issues like accountability and corporate politics while guiding his clients through the maze of conversations that cultivate influence, revolutionize productivity and inspire job satisfaction.  Bringing over 20 years of corporate experience to his work, most recently as Director of Organizational Development for a multinational manufacturing company, Mark understands the unique challenges of upwardly-mobile leaders navigating an ever-changing landscape of corporate restructuring, transitioning teams, leadership on-boarding and a tighter bottom line.

 

 

Mark received his BS degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University, and his MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.  Mark’s executive coach training includes Newfield’s Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching and additional course work through the College of Executive Coaching, Corporate Coach University, and Process Work Institute


Mark’s clients include Blue Cross, Citi Smith Barney, FedEx, Microsoft, NASA, St Thomas Health Services, the Social Security Administration and Vanderbilt University.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Managers, the International Coaches Federation, and the American Society of Training and Development.
